Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team at Dogma Systems. You will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy of the company, including creating and executing campaigns, setting budgets, and developing and managing relationships with partners.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and energetic work under pressure. Ideally, you should have experience in marketing and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Design and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer behavior
• Analyze data and create reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define and implement marketing initiatives
• Manage budgets and track expenses
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools
